Single
Trash Service- In effort to preserve and prevent damage to our community
road from heavy trash trucks, as well as to take advantage of a discounted group
rate on trash service for homeowners, the Board has been working to find ONE
Trash company to serve the entire community. Lynne Caldwell has acquired quotes
from several companies and has narrowed the list to 3 companies that will offer
great service and prices. Offering trash service will be made possible by
allocating a portion of annual dues to go towards the cost of the trash service.
More details and information about this proposal will be emailed as well as a
subsequent vote from each homeowner before any decisions will be made.

Road
Repair- Kevin Sheffield acquired 3 quotes for needed road repair at 4
sites that are marked in red on our community road. The quotes include- T&A
Paving, S&M Paving and Squires Inc. The members voted to have T&A,
which quoted $13,875.00 to do the upcoming repairs. We will alert everyone as
to when this road work will take place along with needed details. We will work hard
to make the road accessible to homeowners and guests as the work is in
progress.

Fire Pit
Replacement- A vote was made to replace the fire pit as the current one
is in disrepair. Lynne Caldwell is currently pricing fire pits.

Picnic
Table – A vote was made to replace one of the picnic tables, as 2 of
the tables are in poor shape. The members approved to a 54” octagon table in a
tan poly material with fixed seating for 8 people with a budget of $1,000. Krisite Thompson has ordered the table which
will be delivered to the community area in approximately 2-4 weeks. An umbrella
will be donated to use with the new table. If anyone has an umbrella that they

Treasury
Report- Sandy Candeloro presented everyone with a Treasurer’s Report
for 2017-2018. Please email us if you wish to have the Treasury Report!

Delinquents-
There are 2 homeowners that are still delinquent that have had liens and
subsequent judgments placed. One of the delinquent homeowners have made an
agreement to make regular payments until they are current and up to date. The
association has started to receive payments which is good news.

ANNUAL DUES: $250.00 – July 31st
is the deadline! Please
remit payment to
Lynne Caldwell at 76 Tower Point Rd. Thank you if you have already paid!!
·
Mosquito
Spraying – Spraying began in early June. Please contact a Board Member
if you do not wish to have mosquito truck back into your driveway to spray ( Your
Driveway must be accessible for truck to pull in).
·
Kayak Rack- A reminder
was made to have all kayaks or small craft removed by owner from the rack by Thanksgiving- as the rack needed to be
repaired due to kayaks being left on through the winter. Snow and ice had
become to heavy on top of kayaks. If a kayak is observed on the rack after this
date, it will be removed and placed near the shed. Thank you for your
cooperation!

Snow
Removal- A vote to keep using Phil Strohm for snow removal as he
continues to do a great job! Contract will be given in October.
·
Officers
Insurance- The Board will seek adding Officers Insurance to our current
policy to cover the
Board members.
·
New
Bussiness- Bill Preske brought up a concern that several low branches
are hanging over into the road that are obstructing some vehicles passage.
He is willing to bring in his equipment free of
charge, but will need several volunteers to assist him. A posting will be made
when a date is set.
Please
volunteer to help Bill remove these branches!!Contact a board member if you
wish to volunteer!

Reminders:
*Please
make sure that any fires or burned wood piles at beach are completely out by pouring
water onto burned area as several fires were found still smoldering. A bucket
is available in the shed.
*Please
obey leash laws and keep your pet on a leash!
