I'd like to ..
comment on some of the HOA decisions.  Let me start by saying the TPHOA was formed to provide a road and upkeep for the road.  My concern is the recent purchase of a kayak rack that accommodates just a few people.  Not everyone in our neighborhood own a kayak, so I do not believe we should all be expected to contribute.  Also, $500 for a rack made up of pvc pipe seems a bit high.  For example, there is a kayak rack online that holds six and only costs $250.  And it has 5 stars.🙂
Having a rack for the kayak owners is a nice thing, but I don't think the HOA should be paying for it. I hope I have not offended anyone.  That is not my intent.

Also, I need a better understanding of the HOA considering paying a portion of the track pick up when we need to save the monies for future road repair.  Hopefully, keep the dues low!  It is hard on some of us.  Every dollar we can keep helps.

These are my opinions, and I hope you can understand and respect them.
