Hello neighbors!
A quick and strong storm blew through the area a little over a week ago and there was crazy erosion on our beach that is still visible now. Luckily the beach grass is doing its job and there are no problems in that area. It's possible the water flowed where it did due to the ruts from tires-so just a reminder-please rake out tire marks after launching on the beach to help us keep our sand. Mark and Val Smith donated a nice bookshelf for the shed. There's some books and magazines on it for our little lending library. Feel free to bring down some reading materials to share.
Lastly, Kevin replaced the plants in the pots in front of the shed with some hyssop and hostas. They are very low maintenance and will fill in nicely.
