Everyone please remember, if you have a dog, it is your legal responsibility to keep it either on a leash, or securely fenced in to your property. I bring this up as a reminder, because I spent 30 minutes scrubbing dog poop off of my 1yr old daughter today, that she got on her from our yard (and we do not own a dog).

The punishment for violating any of the laws mentioned on the document above is "confinement in the county jail for not more than 30 days or by a fine up to $500.00, or both"
